Presentation Guidelines

The official language of the congress is ENGLISH.

Oral Presentations
– Oral presentations should have a maximum time of 15 minutes.
– Five minutes are dedicated to Q&A.
– The total time slot for each presentation is 20 minutes.
– The presentation should be on ppt/pptx/pdf format and uploaded at least before the beginning of each session.

Poster Presentations
– The presenting author is requested to attach the poster 4 hours before the beginning of his of the poster session in the Congress venue.

– The paper posters should be maximum 70X100 cm.
